Every workspace has a public status page that shows your public monitors, uptime over 90 days, planned maintenance, open incidents and past incidents with their post-mortems. On paid plans you can add more pages, for example one per product or per client.
Where it is
At /s/your-workspace. Change the address under Settings → Workspace; the old one stops working. Only monitors marked public appear, so internal checks stay private.
Make it yours
Under Settings → Status page & alerts: name, description, logo, colours and a link back to your website. Visitors can switch between English and German and between light and dark.
More than one page
Under Status pages, add a page with its own address, name, logo, colours and monitors. Pick any monitors, including ones hidden from the main page. An extra page only shows incidents and maintenance that touch its own monitors, so one client never sees another client's outage. Channels that subscribe on an extra page only get that page's updates. Pro includes 2 extra pages, Business 20.
Scheduled maintenance
Under Maintenance, schedule planned work: a title, details, start and end, and the affected monitors.
- It shows on every status page with one of those monitors from the moment it's scheduled (up to 30 days ahead), and those monitors show Maintenance instead of down while it runs.
- Subscribers and alert channels hear when it's scheduled, when it starts and when it ends. Alert channels need the maintenance events turned on.
- With Hold alerts on, checks keep running but down, up and reminder alerts for those monitors wait. Anything still down when the window ends is announced then.
- Finished early? Press End now. Called off? Cancel it. Deploy pipelines can do the same with .
