Cancel contracts

Here you can cancel a paid Uplance plan, or withdraw from it within 14 days of subscribing. You don't need to sign in.

An ordinary cancellation stops the renewal. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; after that your workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
After you press the button we confirm the cancellation by email right away, with the date and time we received it.
So that nobody can cancel someone else's plan, an ordinary cancellation sent without being signed in with the account's address is carried out once you confirm it with the link in that email.
