Plans
- Free: 10 monitors checked every 3 minutes, 3 members, 30 days of history.
- Pro: 50 monitors checked every minute, 10 members, browser flows, 1 custom domain, 90 days of history.
- Business: 250 monitors checked every 30 seconds, 50 members, 10 custom domains, 365 days of history.

Upgrading
Only the workspace owner can change the plan. Under Billing, choose monthly or yearly payment. Payment happens on Stripe's secure page; your card details never reach Uplance. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number there. The new plan applies as soon as the payment goes through.
Invoices, payment method and plan changes
Billing → Manage billing opens Stripe's customer portal, where you download invoices, update your card or address, and switch between Pro and Business. Switching is prorated to the day.
Cancelling
Cancel in the customer portal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for; then the workspace moves to Free. See the refund and cancellation policy.
When a payment fails
Stripe tries again over the next days and the owner gets an email. Your monitors keep running meanwhile. If the payment still fails, the workspace moves to Free.
Moving to a smaller plan
Nothing is deleted. Monitors beyond the new limit and browser flows are paused, and the dashboard says which. Upgrade again and resume them.
